The farm is a luxurious retreat for couples, families and small groups of friends. Whilst the property is not a commercial Lavender farm it takes its name from the dozens of different kinds of lavenders planted in the surrounding gardens and fresh lavender decorating the house.

The timber farmhouse has wide verandahs on three sides from which you can enjoy the beautiful scenery, native birds and the sunset.

You have sole use of the house which has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with spa bath) a fully equipped modern kitchen, a large lounge room with wood-fire, laundry and a separate dining room.

When you arrive you'll find the kitchen stocked with full breakfast provisions including cereals, bacon and free-range eggs, local jam and bread and good coffee and teas.

If you are holidaying with children we can help organise babysitting with prior notice to allow you to have a meal out by yourselves in the evenings,

Small children can help feed the chickens and horses and have a hand-led ride on one of the ponies. You may also arrange to bring your family dog (or horses if you would like to enjoy the area on horseback.)

On crisp winter nights you can relax on leather sofas in front of the wood-fired heater in the spacious lounge room. A separate dining room provides seating for 6-8









The house has three main bedrooms: One with Queen-sized bedroom, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is also an additional small room with a set of bunk beds. If there are just 2 of you, you can close off one half of the house and enjoy the spacious kitchen, lounge and dining room and a bedroom with ensuite.

Lavender Farm offers all the comforts of home enhanced by numerous extra touches, such as the fresh flowers, homemade cake, port and chocolates awaiting you on arrival.

Lavender farm is an ideal base from which to explore the Yarra Valley. Within a 5 minute drive from your accommodation you have dozens of wineries, the Healesville Sanctuary, and fine dining and café options such as the Healesville Hotel, Bella Vedere and Giant Steps. It's also a short drive to a range of function venues such as Stones, Tokar Estate and Rochfords.

A fantastic experience. Lots to do around the area. The house had everything that you could need and the verandah all the way around was so relaxing.
